▸ WishADish Brings Automation to Helter Skelter Café thus Increases its Revenue by 3X
▸ Introduces Waitlist Management Feature to Decrease the Long Queues


New Delhi, 20 January 2020: WishADish, a one-stop management solution for restaurants & a tech startup has tied up with Helter Skelter Café, a newly opened Café & Bar based in the SDA market. The newly opened café initially struggled with issues as they focused mainly on a manual process which took time regularly, restaurant payroll, long queues & waiting. Under this tie-up, WishADish automated the entire process from offline POS Billing, POS Billing Dashboard, third party (App & Human) commissions, in-built CRM & provided date insights, live reports on the POS system, customer transactions, etc. The automation of the process helped the café in enhancing the operational cost that increased the revenue 3 times.

The café along with WishADish created a flexible loyalty program for their new and existing customer thus expanding the customer base through inbuilt CRM. It also introduced a waitlist management feature that decreased wait time for walk-ins. It also provided the customers a way to see how long the wait for a table is in real-time and put their names on the waitlist.
