Huda Kattan, The renowned makeup mogul, and founder of Huda Beauty, last week announced that she will be donating $1 million to two humanitarian organizations in Gaza named Human Appeal, and Doctors Without Borders, according to various reports.
Speaking of humanitarian organizations, Kattan in an Instagram post description wrote,
“We wanted to share an update on our donation and who we are partnering with. It’s been very difficult to find the right organizations that can reach the people of Gaza These are the organizations that we will be donating to @doctorswithoutborders & @humanappeal” said Kattan
“In these challenging times, with Gaza completely blocked, it’s not easy to find organizations that can provide immediate aid & guarantee resource delivery for those who need it most.” the main Instagram post content reads
“After careful consideration, we are directing our attention to two organizations. One has on-ground personnel providing essential medical care to victims, while the other is dedicated to providing clean and safe water.” the Instagram post adds
On November 6, Kattan in an Instagram post revealed plans to donate $1 million to humanitarian organizations in Gaza,
“One month has gone by and we’re still seeing tremendous suffering in Gaza. We’re committed to helping in any way we can. Due to the current blockade & humanitarian challenges, it has been incredibly difficult to find ways for aid to enter Gaza, but we are committed to finding a way to reach people there,” the Instagram post description reads
“We will be sharing organizations we are partnering with who are on the ground providing support and who we are partnering with.” the Instagram post description concludes
“It’s been a MONTH of immense suffering in Gaza, and unfortunately things are getting worse,” the main Instagram post content reads
“It’s important that we always stand on the side of the oppressed and use our platform to shed light on any injustice. We cannot stand by and pretend like this is not happening,” the main Instagram post content concludes

Kattan has been raising awareness on social media about the situation in Palestine. Last week, she asked her followers to help her with a list of brands that support Palestine.
“I’m trying to do my shopping and I’m looking for brands that support Palestine,” says Huda in the Instagram video. “If you guys can please help me and just drop down in the comments section below brands that you know and products that you love that support Palestine, because I want to buy them and I support them and I want to know who they are,” she added.
“Right now, I’m having a little bit of a hard time finding replacements for some of the products I’ve been using before, and more information about brands that are supporting the cause and speaking up for justice and for what’s right and against the genocide.”
