Jaipur-based NeoDove raises $1.5 Mn seed funding from India Quotient

Jaipur-based NeoDove, a sales and marketing automation platform for SMEs, on Monday, announced that the company has raised $1.5 million in its seed funding round, led by India Quotient, with participation from a clutch of angel investors including Sumit Agarwal, Founder of Vyapar; and Ankit Garg, Founder of WakeFit.

The company in a press statement shared that the accumulated capital will be deployed towards accelerating product development and international growth expansion, while also expanding its customer base in India.

NeoDove was founded in January last year by Arpit Khandelwal, an IIT Bombay alumnus, and Aniket Kumar Agarwal, ex-CarDekho and ex-Cvent.

The company last raised an angel round in August 2020. Speaking of the fresh development for NewDove, Aprit Khandelwal, Co-founder of NeoDove, in a statement said,

“NeoDove’s products are designed to help SMBs engage customers across the entire digital ecosystem more intelligently and efficiently, by way of our identity-based data and predictive AI. Our focus will be to continue to keep pace with our customers’ evolving and complex needs, while maintaining our competitive advantage around automation,”

Madhukar Sinha, Co-founder & General Partner at India Quotient said,

“NeoDove’s process-driven approach to automation is a paradigm change for the SMB market. The SMBs are under a lot of pressure to digitise, and this is going to be a massive opportunity for growth. Ankit Kumar Agrawal, Co-founder, NeoDove, said,

“This round of funding reinforces the potential of the category and empowers our customers to achieve greater business agility and increased efficiencies by automating end-to-end processes.”

The company claimed that in its first year, its platform platform has witnessed over 5 million interactions on average monthly basis, with customers spending close to six hours average on its mobile app.

On similar lines, Aniket further added,

“We are witnessing an unprecedented and transformative shift in the way we work, with artificial intelligence changing how people, processes and technology interact for productivity gains,”
