Mrayti – Jordan-based beauty tech startup expands to Egypt

Mrayti, Amman-based beauty services platform yesterday made the announcement of the commencement of their operations in Egypt, starting with Cairo. The company started its operations in Cairo on 2 December 2019 and have received postive feedback and results so far as said in a statement published on Magnitt.

The statement added, Mrayti has now become the only on-demand beauty startup in MENA (Middle East & North Africa) operating out of its place of origin i.e. Jordan.

Romouz Sadeq, Founder & CEO of Mrayti, shared the initial response on the launch in Cairo as…

“We were overwhelmed with it, we already have 25 providers in Cairo and have responded to hundreds of inquiries in the first day, as the first customer in Cairo happened to be the rising singer Nouran Abu Taleb for her interview with prominent TV figure Radwa El Sherbiny.”

Sadeq also shared plans about launching Mrayti in Aqaba, Jordan later in this year.

“We’re planning to launch in Aqaba as well within this year, before expanding to the rest of the world, and we’re working on some innovative improvements in the services that we will be launching very soon.”
