Mumbai, India-based JetSynthesys, a digital entertainment and technology company, on Monday, 5 October 2020, announced that the company has acquired Nautilus Mobile, a Pune-based mobile game development studio. The financial terms relating to the acquisition were not disclosed.
Notably, Nautilus Mobile is the creator of the popular Real Cricket sports game franchise. And with this acquisition, JetSynthesys is aiming to expand its audience exponentially over the next 24 months.

Speaking of the acquisition of Nautilus Mobile, Rajan Navani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of JetSynthesys, in a statement said,

“The acquisition of Nautilus Mobile expands our community further and solidifies our position at the forefront of skill-based cricket gaming across the world. And, this is just the beginning. With the online gaming industry skyrocketing, the acquisition also sets the ball rolling on our plan to deepen our foray into cricket e-Sports,”
Back in July, JetSynthesys raised INR 300 crore from existing investors Kris Gopalakrishnan, the family office of Adar Poonawalla, and the Navani family-owned Jetline Group to scale its offerings and social community platforms. The company’s backers also include Thermax, Triveni Group and DSP Group.
JetSynthesys, that holds its cricket-community footprint across the globe through its exclusive joint venture with the cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, is also the creator of the popular sports game properties including Sachin Saga Cricket Champions, Being Salman and Super Ludo. The company also has publishing partnerships with the likes of Hollywood film Passengers and Floyd Mayweather. jetSynthesys has also recently announced an exclusive partnership with WWE to launch WWE Racing Showdown.
