Basma.ai – Bahraini tech startup offering free services to hospitals & public institutions amid COVID-19

Bahrain-based Basma.ai has recently announced that it is offering its services free to all hospitals and public institutions amid COVID-19 crisis.

Launched earlier this year in a move to revamp the pre-coronavirus paradigm of work-from-home startups, Bahrain-based Basma.ai has recently announced that it is offering its services including cloud-based video customer service platform for free to all hospitals and public institutions to support the national #TeamBahrain efforts to fight COVID-19.

The company in a press statement has highlighted that the Free plan will span for two months and can also be extended further depending on the situation.

Basma offers a video call centre that serves as a virtual brand, and also a smart virtual assistant (Chatbot) compatible with WhatsApp. These two components of Basma.ai together empower service providers to implement an instant digital transformation seamlessly. On top of that, the startup deploys the latest cloud technology to enhance productivity and security.
