Beats, the audio brand owned by Apple on Wednesday announced the Bollywood actress Ananya Panday and cricketer Shubman Gill as brand ambassadors for its India business.
The move comes in celebration of the recent launch of Beats Solo Buds, Beats Solo 4, and Beats Pill in India. The duo will be the face of the brand’s existing and upcoming campaigns.
Speaking of the development, Ananya Panday said,
“Music has been an essential part of my life, whether I am working out, preparing for a role, or simply unwinding,”
“As someone who has been using Beats growing up, I am excited to be part of the Beats legacy and their journey into India.” she added
On similar lines, Shubman Gill said,
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Beats Family as one of India’s brand ambassadors. Beats is a brand that has the same commitment and dedication to performance as I do. I look forward to the great things that Beats has planned for India!”

Last month, Beats partnered with American model and businesswoman Kim Kardashian to promote a limited edition product called Beats Studio Pro that sports several color options inspired by Kim Kardashian’s aesthetics.
Known for its premium audio products, Beats was founded in 2006 by Dr. Dre, a renowned American rapper and record producer along with Jimmy Lovine, an entrepreneur and record executive. The brand officially goes by the name ‘Beats by Dre’. The company was acquired by Apple in 2014.
