▸ The acquisition of TaskSpotting will allow Crowd Analyzer to complement its offering to clients
Dubai-based Crowd Analyzer, a partner company of Wamda yesterday announced that it has acquired the Dubai-based activation platform TaskSpotting.
Through this acquisition, both companies will be able to form a bigger avenue for clients to help them assimilate a wider understanding of their brands and utilise taskSpotting’s tools to directly reach and empower their audience.
The TaskSpotting team will be fully integrated within the Crowd Analyzer team and co-founder and CEO Dirk Stevens will join Crowd Analyzer as commercial officers. Crowd Analyzer closed $3.5 million Series A round back in November 2019.
