DataTrained – Bengaluru’s edtech startup joins forces with IBM

Bengaluru-based edtech startup DataTrained has announced a partnership with IBM to offer courses in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks in India.

With IBM, DataTrained will offer a 10-month learning programme for students to learn the fundamentals of Machine Learning, assimilate Data Science including Python, R, and Deep Learning. To maximise the practical understanding, students will be offered with the projects to test their skills and learn exploratory data analysis, model creation – building problem-solving capacity. Students also benefit from working on industry-relevant platforms, 24×7 access to teaching assistants and online sessions conducted by IBMers. The course concludes with capstone projects that will help students demonstrate applied skills.

Using a blended learning model, students will be taught via live online sessions and pre-recorded videos followed by quizzes and assignments. They will be provided industry-recognized certificates from IBM and DataTrained upon successful completion of the program. The program also comes with six months of internship which adds further value to the job seekers.

Speaking of the development, Rashid Khan, CEO, DataTrained, in a statement said,
