[Exclusive] How LeadSynth AI Helps Founders Turn Conversations Into High-Intent Sales Leads

Irbid, Jordan-based startup LeadSynth AI uses AI to monitor real-time conversations on Reddit, Telegram, and X, helping founders capture leads when it truly matters.

Finding customers has become one of the hardest challenges for early-stage founders and lean sales teams. Traditional channels like cold email and conventional social media marketing are increasingly saturated, expensive, and inefficient. But for Abdelrahman, founder of LeadSynth AI, the problem was never a lack of potential customers — it was finding them at the right moment, in the right context.

In an exclusive conversation with LAFFAZ Founder and Editor-in-Chief Mohammed Haseeb, Abdelrahman shared how repeated struggles with lead generation pushed him to rethink how founders find customers.

Founded in early 2025 in Irbid, Jordan, LeadSynth AI is built on a simple but powerful idea: the most valuable sales opportunities are already happening in public conversations. From Reddit threads and Telegram groups to discussions on X, people are constantly asking for recommendations, evaluating tools, and seeking solutions. LeadSynth AI uses artificial intelligence to scan these conversations in real time, identify buying signals, and surface high-intent opportunities that businesses can act on immediately.

The Frustration That Sparked LeadSynth AI

“I realized the problem wasn’t a lack of potential customers, it was timing and context. Every time I tried to build something new, I hit the same wall: how do I actually find my customers? I struggled to get in front of the people who truly needed what I was building, and I know that’s a pain every founder faces at some point. Entrepreneurs and lean sales teams are constantly juggling limited time and resources, trying to reach prospects without feeling spammy,”

People were already actively looking for solutions on platforms like Reddit, Telegram, and X, but traditional lead-generation tools either delivered lists too late or relied on cold outreach that didn’t resonate. Existing solutions didn’t let me capture leads at the exact moment they were evaluating options, which meant missing high-intent opportunities over and over. That repeated frustration was the spark for LeadSynth AI a tool to help founders and teams find their customers when it actually matters.”

For Abdelrahman, the issue was not demand — it was timing, context, and relevance. That insight shaped the foundation of LeadSynth AI.

Why Reddit, Telegram, and X?

LeadSynth AI focuses on platforms where real conversations unfold in public.

“These platforms are where people share problems and seek recommendations in real time. Unlike purely transactional platforms, they offer context discussions, comparisons, and community feedback. Monitoring these channels lets us identify high-intent conversations as they happen, giving founders a chance to engage meaningfully when it matters most.”

By positioning itself inside live discussions rather than static databases, the platform aims to help founders show up exactly when potential buyers are evaluating options.

How LeadSynth AI Identifies High-Intent Conversations?

From a technical standpoint, the system focuses on behavioral and linguistic signals.

“Without revealing sensitive algorithms, we focus on explicit buying signal phrases where users are asking for tools, alternatives, or recommendations, combined with contextual cues like urgency, specificity, and engagement level. The AI ranks signals based on the likelihood of conversion and flags conversations where a timely, personalized response is most impactful,”

But building a real-time, multi-platform engine came with challenges.

“The hardest challenge was real-time context understanding across multiple platforms with very different communication styles. Each platform has its own shorthand, structure, and noise patterns. We overcame this by combining NLP models with platform-specific heuristics, plus iterative learning from early user feedback to improve signal-to-noise ratio.”

This cross-platform context awareness became a core technical differentiator for the product.

Automation Without Losing Authenticity

LeadSynth AI also suggests comments, replies, and DMs — but Abdelrahman stresses that automation must remain authentic.

“LeadSynth AI automates outreach, but in a very intentional way. Every suggested comment, reply, or DM is context-aware, reflecting the user’s original post, platform norms, and the buyer’s specific problem. The automation is designed to feel human, relevant, and personalized, so founders don’t have to manually draft every message but still come across as thoughtful and credible. Users maintain control over messaging parameters and can tweak tone or content if needed, ensuring the engagement is always aligned with their brand voice,”

Early users played a key role in shaping the product’s evolution.

“Early users consistently told us that while spotting leads was useful, they wished there was a way for the outreach itself to take action automatically, rather than just alerting them. Initially, LeadSynth offered only lead-generation notifications, but this feedback drove us to build agentic engagement features, automated, context-aware comments, replies, and DMs that act on high-intent signals while still feeling human and personalized. That shift fundamentally shaped how our platform helps founders not just discover opportunities, but capitalize on them in real time.”

Standing Out in a Crowded AI SaaS Market

In an increasingly competitive AI SaaS landscape, differentiation matters.

“Our edge is the combination of real-time intent detection and contextual engagement. Many tools give alerts or automate outreach, but LeadSynth unites both sides, allowing small teams to act fast and meaningfully without building large sales operations. This makes high-intent lead capture accessible, predictable, and low-friction for early-stage founders,”

Looking ahead, Abdelrahman believes the entire category will evolve.

“AI-driven lead generation will move from volume-focused scraping to signal-focused engagement, where speed, context, and personalization are critical. LeadSynth AI is positioning itself as a platform that bridges intent detection and action, helping founders and small teams engage in the moment rather than chasing cold lists. The future will be less about chasing eyeballs and more about meaningful interactions.”

Expansion Plans

As for what’s next, growth is both product-led and capital-driven.

“Our main focus is scaling LeadSynth AI and growing our early user base. On the product side, we’re expanding AI capabilities, adding integrations, and refining monitoring and engagement workflows. Alongside product growth, raising funding is a key priority. We plan to strategically onboard investors who share our vision to accelerate development, expand the team, and support international growth, all while keeping the product tightly focused on delivering real-time, high-intent lead capture.”

LeadSynth AI reflects a broader shift in how modern founders approach growth — not as a numbers game, but as a relevance game. By turning real-time conversations into real-time opportunities, Abdelrahman is building a platform designed for a new generation of founders: lean, fast, and deeply connected to where real demand actually lives.

In an era where attention is expensive and trust is fragile, LeadSynth AI is betting that the future of sales doesn’t start with outreach; it starts with listening.
