Swiggy, on Thursday, May 7 announced that its co-founder & CTO Rahul Jaimini has quit the company to join a career accelerator startup Pesto Tech

India’s home-grown foodtech giant Swiggy, on Thursday, May 7 announced that its co-founder & CTO Rahul Jaimini has quit the company to join a career accelerator startup Pesto Tech as a co-founder.

Jaimini, Sriharsha Majety (CEO), and Nandan Reddy started Swiggy back in 2014 to augment the food delivery canvas of India.

Jaimini in a tweet yesterday said,

Majety in a tweet yesterday thanked Jaimini for his contribution in Swiggy and affirmed that Jaimini is leaving the day-to-day responsibilities but will continue as a board member and shareholder of Swiggy.

Majety in an email to the Swiggy team on Thursday also extended his heartfelt gratitude for Jaimini and elaborated his six-year journey to bid him farewell.
