iFlix in a statement with Arabian Business said…

“iFlix and its partner, Zain, are working together to complete the wind down of the operations in the Middle East to allow iFlix to focus on its core markets in south east Asia.”

The company started its operations in the Middle East in 2017 under the name ‘iFlix Arabia; in collaboration with the mobile and data service provider Zain and set up its office in Dubai for MENA-based operations.

As a result of this shutdown in MENA region, a number of iFlix’s employees have been laid off.
