Bengaluru, India-based MoEngage, a customer engagement platform on Tuesday (11 February) raised $25 million in a Series C round led by Eight Roads Ventures and its US-based sister fund F-Prime Capital, along with participation from Matrix Partners and Ventureast.

MoEngage helps brands run analytics on their customers, shares insights and automates marketing. The company claims to be serving its customers in over 35 countries, connects over 400 million monthly active users, processes over 65 billion interactions, and 40 billion messages in a month. The company in a statement said that over 50% of its revenue comes from enterprise clients which include Deutsche Telekom, Samsung, McAfee and Vodafone.

The company will utilise the fresh funds to scale operations in the US and Europe which its two fastest-growing markets along with Asia by building new products.
